Final pictures for the YCN competition brief I have undertaken with Marty, The project was undertaken in a relatively short period of time. This was in fact intentional as we wanted to challenge our selves to a fairly quick turn around regarding this brief to essentially see if we could do it. There up sides and down sides to this the down side is limited time initially but the up side is that because it is a competition brief we can revisit it before the actual hand in.

One of the ideas with this brief is to really get the message across through alot of different medias pushing people towards the web based stuff.

We thought it would be a good idea to develope an application to link all of the screen web based media together. This was unfortunatly fairly quickly put together and therefore I think it could be more user freindly and have a slightly better interface.

The base of our concept is around the idea of social media helping to compunicate a point, in this case making Churchill famous. We've mocked up some a website and a twitter to represent this.

Winston book

Much as the website and twitter will be for further knowledge and information the book would be a similar part of the project but it would be distributed through schools and youth organiseations and could be put in libraries as further reading.

Winston posters

The Winston posters are suposed to be funny and educational connecting with the target audience and then educating. The concept behind them is relitivley simple quotes and images a simple connection between the words and who has said them.
