Illustrator Induction Design for Print [Swatch Pallet]

Select all unused preset swatches ready for deletion.

Once selected delete the preset swatches to have a clean swatch pallet. 

Clear swatch pallet.

To create a new colour select art work and use slide bar to create the desired colour this can then be made into a swatch for use in the future.

To add the colour as a swatch use the drop down bar and select create new swatch.

Once selected a new window opens with colour options select 'ok' and the colour will be inserted into the swatch pallet.

This process can be done several times for many colours.

New colours added to your swatch pallet.

Alternatively you can create the colours and then using the drop down bar select 'add used colours' an it will add the colours to your swatch pallet. 

Using this method you can select ta colour as they should be marked as global, this will allow you to change the colour of the art work without selecting a seperate colour.
